3DJournal and you in 2004

What can you expect to find on our pages in 2004? Who has won our reader's photo contest - which were the best anaglyph images? And your answers in our questionnaire? This article will let you know. And we would like to wish you...

In the last 2 months could our subscribers fill in our questionnaire. We wanted to know, what you, our readers, think about our work.
We've got quite good marks. Our articles got in average 1.4 (1 is the best, 5 is the worst mark; this is not far from 1, but we know we can write even better), links and 3DJournal software have got 1.7 (so we have to improve it to get 1 next time), gallery has got 2.5 - so we target our attention to this direction for next months.
We know from your answers you would like to use a forum (we prepare it), we should publish our articles more often (which is impossible now due to our capacity) and you would like to read about lot of 3D themes - we can't name them all here now, but it's for example 3D video.
Our photo contest
Our 3D photo contest has finished in the last month. It was difficult to choose the best 3 galleries for final drawing (we can reveal that 2 of the finalists were from the same country). When we did it we've randomly drawn the winner - which is - the owner of the gallery number 19, Tomas Mulac. We congratulate and send the plastic 3D glasses.
Your questions
We've written a little bit about our plans for 2004, we think about more changes now and can't reveal it now. Sometimes we get a question, why is the standard subscription valid from june 2003 to may 2004 even when it's ordered for example in september 2003. The reason is: We want to give to our new subscribers an access to all our articles - even to the older ones (we can't give them 12 new issues and the older ones for free, because it would be unfair to our current subscribers).
But there is one more reason: Until may 2004 we can guarantee the same periodicity and amount of articles, from june there may be changes. Every subscriber surely gets 12 issues of the similar dimension.
Thank you very much for reading 3DJournal and for your cooperation in the year 2003 and we wish you all the best in 2004. We know that some of you celebrate new year not in December/January, but we believe we are allowed to wish you all the best in advance. Have nice days with 3DJournal and in your personal life as well,
Your 3DJournal team
